چکیده
Assessment of lung function, the flow in large, medium and small airways through analysis functional diagnostics-spirometry its parameters. We analyzed data from hospital records for 2022year, 25adult CF (cystic fibrosis) patients aged 18–45 were included, 14 men(56%), 11 women (44%). Sporometric parameters monitored: FVC(vital capacity), FEV1(forced expiratory volume 1 second), FEF1/FVC (Tiffno), MEF25–75%(forced at 25–75% vital capacity). From microbiological analyses-sputum chronic bacterial isolates In 5 (20%) normal pulmonary function FEV1, FVC>80%, Tiffno>70%). Type ventilatory insufficiency: combined type (FEV1, FVC, Tiffno<70–80%) 10(40%) patients, obstructive (FVC>80%, 6(24%), restrictive (FVC, FEV1<80%, Tiffno >70%) 4(16%) patients. Degree severity according to FEV1: Mild (FEV1>80%), 6 (24%), moderate(FEV1 = 50–79%) 9(36%) severe (FEV1 30–49%), 9(36%), very (FEV1<30%), patient (4%). The (MEF25–75%) is regulated, over 65%, 3 (12%), while it reduced 22 (88%). sputum microbiology, Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PsA) 11(44%), MRSA (Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus) 3(12%), Both bacteria 2(8%) aureus(SA) 2(8%), SA PsA 4 pac (16%) Candida spp (12%). Spirometry as a diagnostic particular importance assessment function. These mostly have insufficiency moderate degree, with significant involvement them.

متن کاملThe Use of Home Spirometry in Pediatric Cystic Fibrosis Patients
Medication adherence is poor among pediatric cystic fibrosis (CF) patients, with adolescents having one of the lowest adherence rates. We wanted to identify an adherence intervention that would be acceptable to CF adolescents and assess its feasibility. We surveyed 40 adolescents with CF and asked about barriers to and motivators for their own adherence and to generate ideas for potential adher...
